Lovely hotel, nice stay.

We were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Modern and standard furniture. Nice view. fast elevators. Good breakfast with varied option. Near bus station. The staff were helpful. Very good and easy connection to internet. This hotel deserves one more star. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not in the most central part of town but it is close to enough bus and metro station. The quality of the material used in breakfast can be improved. The plastic protective cover on the matrass was a bit uncomfortable and annoying.

Amazing breakfast, kind staff, the bed could be comfier

The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety, it was a really nice surprise. The decoration was also very good and our room was well cleaned.

The bed wasn't very comfortable because of the plastic wrapping on the mattress as well as the pillows, they were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on

Nice and convenient location

The hotel is not in the most central part of town but it is close to enough metro stations to reach everything. The value added of the hotel is the staff, they really were extremely nice and available.

The breakfast was a bit cheap, not the most special one - especially in a country that offers some delicious food.

Wonderful

The hotel is situated in a good location with good access to nice cafes and the Metro. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The Breakfast was good value and fairly priced. A special word of thanks to the people who worked in reception as they were very friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good value for money,friendly staff and good breakfast. GET RID OF THE EXTRA DOORS IN THE ROOM!

Location is excellent (metro and multiple bus stations are close by), there is a grocery shop right next to the hotel. Breakfast was very good (omelets, eggs, various kinds of warm meals - from mushrooms to beans to bacon, many types of sweets and pastries). Also, one thing that I really liked (and did not really see at other hotels) is that the kitchen prepared sandwiches. You could take as many as you wanted and have them with you as you visited the city. This is a super nice gesture from the staff and I really appreciated it. Very friendly staff, the hotel is super clean - each day they changed towels and beddings and they provided free bottles of water in the room . Bed is extra comfy and the shower had good water pressure. Room is spacious and free kettle for tea or coffee is provided. Guy at the reception was super friendly and allowed us to store our luggage with them after we checked-out, as our plane was scheduled late in the evening so we could do some more visiting before heading out to the airport. Also, when taking the luggage out, we could use their bathroom. Super like!

Two things I disliked: we were provided with a room that was part of a bigger apartment, therefore there was an extra "fake" door that, even though was locked, was still THERE and you could see light from the other people in the adjacent room. I wanted to change the room, but the lady at the reception said there were no other free rooms. This is super annoying as, even though I know the door is locked and theoretically it cannot be opened from the other room, the idea that someone "could" open it was still in the back of my mind. So MAKE SURE you explicitly state, when booking, that this kind of room should not be assigned to you. I really don't know why the hotel has such types of rooms as they are never a good idea!! Second is the elevator: it was TINY!!! four people could barely fit without luggage. And, to make matters worse, there was only ONE elevator working. It was very frustrating especially when you have the room at a higher level and just taking the stairs is not really a choice everyday (we climbed enough stairs in the city center :)) ). As the hotel is quite close to the airport, the noise from the jets could be heard. It's not super loud, but at least in the first night (until I got used to the them I guess) I could really hear them. So if you are a super light sleeper, you might want to get some noise-cancelling earphones. Or the hotel should install some better sound-proof windows. Also, speaking of noises, there were some weird noises coming from the bathroom. I think the pipes are not properly insulated (yet, not bad smells were present, just the noise) If someone from the hotel reads this, PLEASE FIX YOUR ELEVATORS and get rid of the extra doors in the rooms!

Very poor drainage in the shower cabin, blocked or faulty drains. Butts on the windowsill outside, probably from past customers.

Overall very enjoyable stay and certainly would recommend.

Clean Hotel, very nice breakfast and convenient location for getting around the city. Short walk to Metro and Main Line Trains and Reception staff were very helpful.

Main elevator was not working during our stay and second one was very small and restricted. This was the only issue.

Very nice hotel with breakfast in decent price

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Pretty big. Breakfast is good. The hotel has an exercise room.

It is far from the old town but it is close to the metro station. One of the LEDs don't work properly

-Kind stuff -Good breakfast, and even at 10:30 (the ending time) all the containers were packed with food.

-One elevator wasn’t working, and they didn’t seem to try and fix it (for 3 days) or even care - made it impossible to get down/up in under 10 min -Not so comfortable beds - never had towels in the “gym” and needed to ask the front desk - pretty low standard gym

Wonderful

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from metro. Breakfast was sufficient, there was a large selection of pastries, but there was a lack of vegetables. The staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast was a good selection and the man attending was friendly. Hotel was clean.

Location was quite far from main centre, car park was very tight and very low ceiling. Reception staff could be more friendly.

A great location....

Everything, Great price, great location, The location was just right, a short walk from the metro, lots of local cafés, bars and restaurants... And because it was situated in a mostly residential area, you paid reasonable prices... We walked to the waterside area one day, it took a couple of hours through all the back streets including beer and coffee stops along the way but a wonderful way of seeing the "Real" Lisbon.. We got the Metro back as it was mostly up hill...!!
